Amadudu Women’s Refuge is a trail blazing Black and Minority Ethnic
Refuge provider with a proven track record of over 30 years. We provide
temporary accommodation and a range of support for women from Black
and Minority Ethnic communities and their children who are fleeing
Domestic Abuse.
Joining a small established and busy team, who provide a 24/7 service,
the post holder will provide support to women and their children from
referral stage to resettlement into move on accommodation.
The role involves Individual Casework, Management of Information and
data input on IT systems for Contractual monitoring data, Landlord
systems and Amadudu Internal monitoring requirements.
You will work with a range of stakeholders, agencies and services
providing additional support to families at local and national levels.
The post holder will have experience of supporting families who have
experienced trauma, and abuse, and ideally have worked in a supported
living environment. The person will have demonstrable knowledge and
experience of safeguarding children and families. The post holder will be
someone who uses their initiative, is excellent at building and maintaining
relationships internal and external to the setting, and who has experience
of supporting women and children from diverse communities.

SALARY: £30,984 per year (37.5 hours per week) Fixed Term Contract
